About Me.
I’m an HR leader who believes work should make sense—for the business and the people behind it. With over two decades of experience, I’ve built a career around solving problems, supporting teams, and helping leaders create workplaces where people feel valued, respected, and empowered.
I was born and raised just outside Cleveland, but I’ve called the Dayton, Ohio area home for more than 30 years. Along the way, I’ve met incredible people, built a career I’m proud of, and stayed grounded in what matters most: family and friendships.

I hold a BA in Political Science and Pre-Law. While in school, I served as the Recording Secretary for Sigma Kappa Sorority. I also served as defense council in Student Court.
