Spearheaded enterprise HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation at Rush Transportation & Logistics, slashing time-to-hired by 56% and elevating candidate quality by 25% while building and leading a 4-person HR team from the ground up.

Directed U.S. and Canada payroll system (Dayforce) rollout for 1,800+ employees at Illinois Tool Works-Hobart Service, delivering the project on time with zero downtime, boosting payroll accuracy, and standardizing processes across 17 states and two countries.

Transformed the benefits program at Rush Transportation & Logistics, generating substantial cost savings while significantly increasing employee satisfaction and securing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Built HR departments from the ground up at two organizations: established the company's first-ever HR function at Real Art Design Group (authoring a comprehensive multi-state employee handbook and launching a 36--degree feedback system) and designed a full 4-person HR team with end-to-end systems implementation at Rush Transportation & Logistics - driving accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across creative agency and logistics environments.
